How do I register?
Each applicant should fill the online application or download an application and send to info@iiiet.org Participants will be admitted on a come first basis. You should receive an admission letter from us. Click here to apply.

What if I miss the deadline?

You can still submit your application, but admissions will be granted subject to availability of seats. Late applicants will be charged a late fee of $200.

How much is tuition and how do I make the payment?
Tuition for each course varies depending on the length and location of the training. Click here for a complete list of 2023 Programs Schedule with prices. Our prices include lunch and tea/coffee breaks during training days. Payments can be made through wire transfer, by check or cash and the details are provided in your admission letter.

Can I attend without paying?
You will not be allowed to attend any class unless payment has been received.

Can tuition be refunded?
Tuition is transferable to another participant or course at no fee if communicated 5 business days before the training. If a course is cancelled by Inspire International (with sufficient notice) 100% tuition is refunded. If the participant cancels less than 5 business days before the course or is a no show they will be refunded 50% of the tuition.

Do I get course materials?
These will be provided on the first day during registration. In cases were advance reading is required, material will be sent via email. Material will be available in hard and soft copy. The language of instruction is English and all materials will be in English.

Are there social activities?
Yes. We will arrange some social activities including a trip to the source of the Nile in Jinja for Uganda trainings or the desert safari for programs in Dubai.

Is there certification?
Upon successful completion of the course, each participant will be awarded a certificate of completion. Successful completion requires that a participant diligently attend all sessions promptly at the scheduled time from the first day through the last day and participate in all group discussions and exercises. We reserve the right to withhold certificate for participants who miss more than 2 sessions.

How about air travel?
Air travel is not covered in the tuition. You are required to make your own travel arrangements. Our staff can recommend airlines if needed.

Do I need a visa?
Please check with your travel agent if you need a visa. East African Community and COMESA countries do not require visas. Other nationals who require visas can obtain a visa upon arrival at the airport. You need to carry your admission letter and a $50 note (2006 series or later) to get your visa at the airport. Inspire International does not cover visa costs. For trainings held in other countries, our staff will advise accordingly.

Do you arrange airport pick up?
Our staff will arrange for a driver to pick you from Entebbe International Airport. Please share your itinerary with us if you want someone to pick you from the airport.

Where do I stay?
Kampala has an array of hotels from guest houses to world-class 5-star hotels that you can choose from. Participants may either elect to obtain their own housing or take advantage of discounted rates Inspire International has established with nearby hotels. You will receive a list of hotels to choose from together with your admission letter. Our staff will be happy to assist you find appropriate accommodation for you and making reservations.

Is Kampala safe?
Kampala is much safer compared to other African countries. However, we encourage participants to be cautious when they are walking in town especially congested parts of the city and to avoid walking alone at night. Our staff will answer any specific questions you might have on security.
