Payment Terms: Full payment is required before the stated deadline for a particular program. The Institute reserves the right to refuse admission into the Training should full payment not have been received prior to commencement of the Training as participation at the program is dependent on the completion of full payment.
Fee per participant covers the cost of tuition, training materials, certification, trip to the source of River Nile while attending our Kampala programs and Desert Safari while attending our Dubai Programs, site visits, social excursions, tea break and lunch on training days and airport transfer i.e., to and from the Airport in Uganda or Dubai.
Cancellations, No shows and Substitutions: Cancellation of attendance must be received in writing at least seven (07) days prior to commencement of the program. Cancellation received less than seven (07) days before the commencement of the program or “no shows” will be charged the full tuition fee. Requests for transfers to other training programs received less than seven (07) days prior to the commencement of the paid-for training will be permitted on a space-available basis and at the sole discretion of Inspire International.
While the Institute makes every effort to conduct the programs as listed, Inspire International reserves the right to postpone program or cancel a program should it not realize the minimum number of confirmed participants, or in case of any other unforeseen event. In the event of a cancellation on the part of Inspire International, payment may be applied towards another 2016 or 2017 program running at the Institute or refunded within five working days without fail if the applicant chooses to be refunded.In the case of a postponed or cancelled program, Inspire International will not be responsible for covering airfare,accommodation or other costs incurred by Clients.
Should the participant be recalled for any reason after the commencement of the training program, the participant will be subject to the full payment amount.
DISCOUNT POLICY
Inspire International provides institutions sending 5 or more participants to attend the same program, a 5% discount which will be applied to each participant from 5 onwards (i.e. after the first four.) If an institution sends 10 participants to a program as a group at Inspire International, the eleventh will be free. In case an institution sends 20 participants,then that institution will have two free slots.
Copyright: All intellectual property rights in the materials distributed by the Institute in connection with this program are expressly reserved and any unauthorized duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.
The authorized official of the nominating agency/organisation hereby guarantees that full payment will be made to Inspire International on behalf of the participant, subject to any late fees as stated above.
