MANAGEMENT OF INTER-GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS

This program trains government officials, officials of international organizations and their partners (such as international NGOs) on the contemporary challenges facing management programs and projects that are run by and across different states. It equips them with theoretical and practical skills on how to harmonize national positions for joint programs and projects, setting and implementing priorities across different state governments, resource mobilization and utilization for inter-governmental programs and projects, accountability, and M&E for such projects.
