COUNTER-TERRORISM

Counter terrorism efforts cannot be confined to state security agencies. Instead, civilian officials, civil intelligence agents, Immigration and Border Control officials, and the general public are key actors in this endeavor. Our intensive training program will increase the capacity and capability of both professional security officials and civilian practitioners from a civilian intellectual perspective on how to handle, and effectively counter, the threat of terrorism.
